This 250-meter-long and 100-meter-wide manmade lake is situated next to the sea in Somerset and provides the opportunity for a wild dip with slightly calmer conditions. Volunteers run Clevedon Marine Lake, so it’s free to visit for a swim, though donations are welcome.
