Sasha Walpole isn’t sparing any details from her alleged one night stand with Prince Harry. The former stable girl for then-Prince Charles anonymously made headlines after the Duke of Sussex wrote about their “inglorious episode” in his newly released memoir, Spare. Now Walpole is coming forward to share her side of the story.
“He started to kiss me,” she recalled to the Daily Mail. “It was passionate, intense. We both knew. It went from a kiss on to the floor pretty quickly.”
Walpole confirmed much of the details Harry wrote about their time together to be accurate, albeit the “older woman” comment was a bit of stretch; noting their mere two-year age difference. She added that the “quick romp in a grassy field behind a busy pub” Harry writes about took place on the night of her 19th birthday party.
During last call, Harry allegedly invited her outside for a cigarette, which quickly turned into a hot and steamy make out sesh. Walpole says the 17 year old Prince was a virgin at the time.
“It was instant, fiery, wham bam, between two friends. It was sparky because we shouldn’t have been doing it. He wasn’t ‘Prince Harry’ to me, this was Harry, my friend, and the situation had got a little bit out of control. It felt naughty, I suppose, in the sense that it shouldn’t be happening,” Walpole admitted.

One thing led to another, and by night’s end Walpole had taken the young prince’s v-card.
“Afterwards I did grab his bum and give him a slap. I gave him a little squeeze as well. He had a peachy bum,” she reminisced. The pair only had a few minutes of privacy before their time was cut short by the threat of Harry’s security team potentially catching them in the act. Though, according to Wapole, that was more than enough time for Harry to work his magic.
She said the entire romp lasted five minutes.
“We didn’t set out to do it – it wasn’t premeditated and I didn’t know he was a virgin. There were no virgin vibes – he seemed to know what he was doing. It was quick, wild, exciting. We were both drunk. It wouldn’t have happened if we weren’t,” she said.
Walpole isn’t offended, but rather touched that the Duke has such fond memories of their teenage sexcapade. However, given how close they were back in their heyday, she said a heads up would have been appreciated.
“[We were part of] a massive horse scene and the slap happened in a horsey context, the book is a funny interpretation of that. His description is accurate – the real shock when I saw what he’d written was how true it was. That’s what took me back the most,” she told the outlet.
